The Special Coaching Scheme was Sponsored by Ministry of Labour and Employment ,
Directorate General of Employment NCSC for ST/SC Job Seeker Jowai,
Government of India

Scheme details provided by the Ministry:-
(a) Stipend @Rs 1000/- per month to be paid to all SC/ST candidates
undergoing the three courses organised through NCSCs.
(b)Payment of stipend will be subject to 80% attendance each month and disbursed through the DBT payment method.
(c) The NCSC Centre will facilitate the eligible candidates in seeding their bank accounts with Aadhaar.
(d) Books & Stationery provided per trainee per year of Rs.1000/-
